What is Agent-0?
Agent-0 is a property marketplace app by The Architect Array. You can rent homes, book short-let stays, chat with verified realtors, and pay securely inside the app. Landlords and realtors use it to list properties, manage tenancies, collect rent, and grow their business.
How do payments work?
All payments happen inside the app through Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment processor. When you pay for a booking, your money is held in escrow and is only released to the realtor after your check-in. Rent payments go straight to your landlord's wallet with a receipt recorded for both sides.
Are realtors and listings verified?
Yes. Every realtor completes identity verification (government ID and NIN) before they can list or receive payouts, and listing documents are reviewed. Accounts that submit false or misleading documents are sanctioned, and repeat offenders are permanently banned.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a realtor cancels or declines your booking you get a full refund. If you cancel more than 1 hour before check-in, 85% is refunded (a 15% cancellation fee applies). Cancelling within the last hour before check-in carries a 50% fee, and cancellations are not accepted after check-in time.

What is Otis?
Otis is the AI agent built into Agent-0. For clients, Otis answers questions about listings any time of day. For realtors, Otis responds to enquiries 24/7 and can negotiate offers within limits you set, handing the conversation to you when it matters.
How do landlords and tenants use Agent-0?
Landlords create tenancies, invite their tenants, and collect rent in-app, with every payment recorded against the right rent period. Tenants get reminders before rent is due, can enable auto-pay, report maintenance issues, and keep a full history of their lease in one place.
How much does it cost?
Downloading and browsing is free, and clients simply pay the listed price for bookings and rent. We charge realtors and landlords a platform service fee, deducted from their payout. Realtors can also choose subscription plans for business tools, and optional AI token packs power smart search and Otis.
